Responsibilities: Responsible to identify all stakeholder business requirements and influence outcomes in the KB Tool Product roadmap to be used across multiple lines of business internally and externally as key components to driving a positive digital self-service experience.

Drives the content strategy, planning and delivery of KB Articles leveraging KCS methodology and the KMS service model program.

Develop journey maps for users and customers that interact with product’s expectations and in alignment with business needs for all functional groups to operationally drive positive self-service experiences.

Use data/analytics to define hypotheses, set/measure KB outcomes within the KMS service model program.

Understand, set, and measure impacts on KPIs Lead the migration of knowledge content from current repositories Regularly present the KMS service model strategy, updates, roadmap, and all statuses to stakeholder committee members.

Responsible for the change management activities associated with implementation and feature enhancements of Knowledge solution Comprehensive understanding of Knowledge Management service models and Knowledge Centered Support methodologies (KCS).

You will have the following skills and experience: Deep understanding of knowledge management frameworks and solutions Excellent in working with key partners including business, technology, and executive leadership to establish definition of success, goals, key use cases and aligning teams on strategic priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytics, problem solving and solutioning skills.

A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement.

Strong expertise in relevant technologies Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with team members and stakeholders’ groups Experiments with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact digital transformation in this space.
