We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our growing team. Located in Etobicoke, Starline Production Rentals Inc. is a leading equipment rental company to the film industry.Our team members come to the table with varying skills and interests which make for a great environment for anyone looking gain exposure to new skills on the job. Our resources include a fleet of over 850 specialized trucks and trailers to service the dynamic film and television industry. Supplying custom-built vehicles to accommodate actors, hair and make-up, cameras, rigging, wardrobe, and more require ongoing repair and maintenance.The purpose of the Fleet Administrator role is to effectively support the Operations department with a variety of duties; such as, being the direct liaison for communication and coordination of equipment booking, pick up, repairs, and maintenance requirements. The role of the Fleet Administrator is a connective piece within the department to ensure the flow of business needs is maintained with accuracy, quality client and interdepartmental service, streamlined communication, and meticulous reporting.Job Duties & Responsibilities* Order execution and applicable administration processes* Equipment booking, logistics, and administration requirements* Maintenance and repair log and ordering* Complete check out process for orders* Supply order* Fleet management software administration* Equipment return and follow up* Processing valid safety and Form 5 details* Acquire bill of sales and lease agreements from financial providers, maintain records* Ensure all units have plates and valid stickers assigned and fixed to units* Ensure all required Ministry of Transportation paperwork has been accurately filled out and is readily available for inspectionSkill & Experience Requirements* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange* Administration experience; ready to take on a challenging role with growth potential!* Solid understanding and interest to learn logistics coordination  * Self-starter with strong on the spot problem-solving skills* Demonstrable ability to work independently* Solid interpersonal skills with a successful track record of working within a team environment* Well organized with a proven ability to navigate several deadlines and projects simultaneously* Detail-oriented and ability to work with accuracy* Developed professional written and verbal communication skills
