The successful candidate will work with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand business needs, in order to effectively source and attract top talent.Responsibilities Understand business client need in order to develop and drive a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for various business units Manage and lead the full recruitment lifecycle including conducting needs analyses, passive candidate attraction, applicant screening, interviews, candidate presentations to internal clients, salary analysis, due diligence and offer management Collaborate closely with HRBP””””s and hiring managers, leveraging subject matter expertise throughout the hiring process Coach leaders on talent acquisition best practices Demonstrate the ability to influence the hiring process for consistent and inclusive candidate selection Provide updates and reports on Talent Acquisition activities for the respective client groups Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain an active network and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates Take lead in generating visibility within the market for Laurentian Bank via social media, networking, career and school events Stay current on recruitment trends by participating in industry events, webinars/conferences and seek other relevant learning opportunities Participate in various projects and committees within the Human Resources teamQualifications University or College Diploma 3 plus years of experience in talent acquisition Bilingual French and English, spoken and written Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively Experience doing full-cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment Track record of building and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and team members Experience directly sourcing for passive candidates and using relevant tools Intermediate to Advanced use of LinkedIn and LinkedIn RecruiterAdditional InformationWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible work environment that reflects the diversity of our customers and our communities.
