Senior Consultant Product Enablement

Did you ever dream about seeing what happens behind the curtain of major Software companies’ product launches? How decisions are being made to decommission a product or bring a new feature to life? ADP is hiring a Product Enablement Senior Consultant who will support and coordinate the delivery of new solutions that greatly improve the autonomy of our customers. The ideal candidate has a passion for both technology and operations and especially how products can improve the efficiency of our clients and associates. Does this sound like you?

In this role you will belong to the Product Enablement team and you will have to work closely with Product Development, Product Management, Services, Implementation and Upgrades, Sales, Marketing and Legal to maintain our existing product portfolio. You will support the business by maintaining a product landscape that supports critical functions of the business test, training and demo). You will be the Product Owner of a self-serve solution that allows clients to interact more efficiently with ADP support teams and to find solutions to their most common problems by themselves.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Act as an owner for the non-production business landscape of WFN test, train, demo)
  • Own the roadmap of the Self-Serve solution and help our partners sales, strategy, services) in finding and delivering the most promising and relevant features for the Canadian market
  • Inform Senior Management of product related issues and work on effectively mitigating these
  • Update business KPIs on Small Business products
  • Support product migration and product decommission initiatives
  • Work with Product Development and Product Management to coordinate the resolution of existing issues

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Management Consultant role
  • 5-8 years of experience in Technology delivery
  • Proven track of record delivering products in an Agile environment
  • Experience in an Operation or Business role is a key differentiator as we need a candidate who understands the pain it takes to support a product for both clients and associates
  • Knowledge of the HCM industry is a plus and fluency in French an asset
