RTM Clerk – Full Time


This is a Contract position in Etobicoke, ON posted January 9, 2022.

We’ve got the tools Our expectations: The primary function of the RTM Clerk is to communicate with vendors and manufacturers on merchandise returns.

This includes processing vendor returns, following up on any outstanding return issues, and ensuring vendors are held accountable for product failures and dealing with buy backs of products or any quality alert items.

Your role: Generate reports on product conditions and order parts as needed for assembly or repair Check refunded products for issues and return items to the sales floor Maintain a safe and secure work environment by conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping store areas clean and organized, securing doors and gates, and monitoring for potential theft or security risks Complete all other duties as assigned The qualifications we are looking for: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction) Experience processing and filing merchandise receiving paperwork Experience with store inventory receiving and administration Experience in warehouse data entry/bookkeeping Experience communicating with vendors OR customers regarding returns, payments, or contract fulfillment Retail experience accepting or processing returns Ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds daily without assistance Your benefits of working for Lowe’s Canada: An inclusive and safe working environment Promotion of work-life balance Exclusive employee discounts Benefits: insurance (certain conditions apply), annual salary review, etc.
