Position Highlights: We are currently recruiting for a Casual Integrated Protection Services Clerk to join our Integrated Protection Services Department at Central City in Surrey, BC, where you will perform a variety of clerical and secretarial duties for an assigned Integrated Protection Services (IPS) portfolio for the Fraser Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, Provincial Health Services Authority and Providence Health Care.

Bring your positive energy and your outstanding organizational and people skills to the challenging and rewarding role where you will develop new skills working with experienced healthcare professionals and share our dedication to provide quality service to our clients.

Build on your career experience working in a fast-paced environment as you: Provide clerical support to the assigned IPS portfolio; Process parking and/or photo ID applications and coordinate employee deductions with Payroll; Type technical and non-technical material such as correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes, statements, billings and spreadsheets using applicable software applications; Maintain and compile statistics.

Your qualifications include: Successful completion of a recognized accounting course; Two years’ recent related experience; Ability to type 45 WPM.
