To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com Job Description What You’ll Be Doing The Senior Consultant, Infrastructure Management is responsible for providing technical direction and subject matter expertise to ensure stable, reliable test environments for complex sharing initiatives in compliance with established controls, standards, policies, and procedures.

The role collaborates with and advises senior management, utilizing a solid understanding of business dynamics to analyze and protect integrity and mitigate risks, present alternative solutions, and recommend solutions using available resources for complex initiatives with key dependencies.

The Senior Consultant, Infrastructure Management provides technical leadership, interpreting complex information and coordinating client, provider, and vendor relationships to meet and manage service expectations, aligned to best practices.

In addition, the role manages, motivates, and develops a team to maximize individual contributions and professional growth, functioning effectively with colleagues.

How You’ll Succeed Develop and sustain client relationships across the organization in and outside of technology, including negotiation and influence independent of authority.

Provide sound advice and directio n to project teams and business/project sponsors regarding all aspects of technology planning and performance.

Contribute throughout the lifecycle of the deliverables, From requirements gathering, design reviews, and follow up post-implementation walkthroughs Validate applicable requirements documentation on all projects such as: Requirement Management Plans, Current and Future state Business processes (including identification of gaps.

(Gap analysis)), Business Requirements Documents, Solution Requirements Analyze project and/or technical risk , using available information to support business r equirements.

Communicate estimates and timelines met for the team on a weekly basis Support clients, providers and vendor relationships to ensure service expectations are understood, managed and met.

Review and communicate constraints, assumptions and discrepancies documented throughout delivery.

– Ensure evidence of issues being managed to resolution.

Lead by example, direct, motivate, and managing the performance of the working group team.
