Master Data Technician

This is a Contract position in Etobicoke, ON posted May 10, 2022.

Your challenge!

 

Reporting to the Master Data Coordinator, the Master Data Technician is tasked with creating and maintaining master data related to the company’s different business processes. You will also follow up on requests with partners using the ticket management tool.

Individual responsibilities

 

Accountable

  • Ensure that data entered into information systems and forms is complete and accurate
  • Process operational service requests

 

Responsible

  • Apply procedures and standards
  • Enter various pricing information in the system as required
  • Document solutions
  • Organize all activities in accordance with service levels to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of your unit
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders and business partners associated with your activities
  • Propose improvements to your unit’s processes

Education and Experience

 

  • College Diploma or University degree in business administration with customer service experience
  • A minimum of 1 year in an office, data entry or call center environment is required.
  • A good knowledge of the recycling industry, end markets and mill operations.
