We are looking for an Associate Manager, Financial Management & Planning.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg.

You will work collaboratively with business and technology leader to lead the development and production of Global Corporate Technology internal and client oriented financial, IT metrics, Project Portfolio, Supply & Demand, Risk, and GCT expense reporting.

Accountabilities Leads the timely and accurate production of all routine and ad-hoc financial, IT metrics, Project Portfolio, Supply & Demand and GCT expense reporting Engages with Corporate business leaders to facilitate their understanding of their IT charges and provide input to initiative business cases Leadership of staff to assist with all Financial Management, Planning and Reporting activities Leads the forecasting and variance analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting, managing the investigation of significant variances, development of explanations for variances, and communicating to the various GCT and Business Leaders Identifies and communicates new use cases and opportunities for improvements to Enterprise reporting tools and processes (Apptio, Portfolio & Project Management) Develops, implements, and continuously improves Financial Management and reporting processes to achieve timely and accurate reports Leads the development of assigned components of the annual IT budget Leads and supports GCT Annual Planning processes as assigned Qualifications and Competencies: Accuracy and attention to details with ability to seek pertinent data, anticipate questions, recognize what is important, and look beyond usual methods Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel Experience with SAP and Apptio an asset.

Highly collaborative, but also must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Drives results and contributes to change processes to concepts, technology, and procedures that improve business unit performance and creates a culture of accountability.

Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Interpersonal skills; demonstrated through communication skills and building and maintaining collaborative partnerships across the organization Ability to flex between and be comfortable with influencing, advising, and collaborating with business partners Customer focused with a positive outlook and the ability to adjust and adapt in a fluid environment Effectively and efficiently prioritizes work assignments and anticipates/adjusts as additional priorities materialize Lead team members to deliver exceptional results even though the staff are not direct reports.

3 years experience in managing technology budgets Post secondary education in Business, Finance or Accounting considered an asset.
